Hi, my name is Emma and I’m a native English teacher from the U.K. I have been teaching English since 2017 and have worked in education my entire career. Teaching is perfect for me as I love talking with people and am naturally patient and supportive of others. I have taught students of all levels from various backgrounds and love the variety of teaching.

I have travelled to many different places and I love learning about new places, especially their environment. Wherever I go I always make sure to get out into nature and explore, trying to find wildlife. I have been trekking in the jungles of Sumatra, climbed active volcanoes, gone on safari in East Africa and lived in a tent among giraffes, monkeys and hyenas!

In my spare time I also enjoy cooking and like to try, mostly unsuccessfully, to cook authentic dishes from the places I have travelled.
