How long do you want to live? Until 100? 120? Forever?
We all want to live a long and happy life, and while we may not all manage to become centenarians (people who are 100 years of age or older), there are certain things we can do, and changes we can make to our lifestyles that will give us a good chance of increasing the number of years we get to enjoy life.
