Can I have a Free Trial class?

Can I share a membership with someone else?

No. It is strictly one membership per person, and classes may not be shared between two or more people.

What are Conversation Club sessions?

They are informal, friendly meet-ups via Zoom with other students, so you can meet new people, make friends, and get extra, real-life speaking practice with people from around the world.

These meet-ups take place around 4 times a week and are included in the Pro and Unlimited memberships.

Do my unused credits pass over to the next month?

Unfortunately not. Each month, your credits are reset to 4 (on the Basic plan), 8 (on the Pro plan), or 16 (on the Intensive plan)and you lose any unused credits from the previous month.

Is the payment recurring?

Yes. These are recurring memberships, and the monthly payment is processed automatically. You can cancel your subscription easily at any time from your Student Area. 

What if I want longer (one-hour) classes?

If you want a one-hour class each week, we recommend choosing the Pro plan, and booking four double classes (e.g. 19:00 - 19:30 and 19:30 - 20:00).

If you want two one-hour classes each week, we recommend the Intensive plan, and booking two double classes per week.
