The classes last 30 minutes or 50 minutes.
We teach 7 days a week from 06:00 to 00:00 (Madrid time).
To get the most out of your online conversation classes, we recommend that you at least know the basics of the language.
Absolutely. We adapt all our classes to the age and level of our students and we have many young learners who are extremely happy with their conversation classes. We encourage parents to attend the free trial lesson to meet one of our teachers and ask any questions they may have.
We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week in order to maintain a certain rhythm to your language learning.
However, we have no minimum number of weekly classes that you must take… it all depends on your budget and availability.
If you want a fixed timetable, with the same teachers at the same times every week:
No problem. We will help you find a timetable that suits you, and then you just need to remember to keep ahead with your bookings, and book in advance!
If you want a completely flexible timetable:
No problem. Just choose the days, times and teachers you see available on the calendar in your student area.
We recommend having more than one teacher to help you develop your listening skills as well as your spoken English. However, if you prefer just one teacher (or if you want to try with all of our teachers), that’s fine too! The decision is yours.
You can make changes to your classes up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the class, or if you do not attend class without giving us prior notice, you will lose the credit for that class.
If you arrive late, you lose the time of that class. For example, if you turn up 20 minutes into a 50-minute class, the class will only last 30 minutes.
If you cannot attend a class due to technical problems at your end, you will lose the credit for that class. If your teacher cannot attend the class due to a technical problem at their end, the credit will be refunded and we will reschedule the class for another time that suits you.
Yes, although not all the teachers work during the school holidays.
Yes. You have one year to use your classes from the date of purchase.
The Monthly Packs have a validity of one month from the date of purchase.
You can buy your classes here, securely, using your credit / debit card. (The payment gateway we use is Stripe).
If you prefer, you can pay via bank transfer to our Spanish account. You just need to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email, and we will add the class credits to your account.
Yes. You can packs of 5, 10, 20 or 40 classes. The more classes you buy, the cheaper they are.

Yes! Please email us with your company details and we will email you the invoice for your online English classes as soon as possible.
Your teacher will share your personalised Study Sheet with you in your first paid class with OLA. Please save this link in your favourites. If you lose the url, just ask any one of our teachers and they will be happy to share the link with you again via Skype
To cancel a class, enter your student area here and press the red [CANCEL] button on the booking you wish to cancel.
There is also a link to cancel your class on each confirmation email we send you.

Absolutely. Please contact us via email to request an Attendance Certificate and we will email it to you, either after the completion of your pack of classes or after a certain number of hours of classes.
