English listening exercise on Anger
Everyone gets angry from time to time, but it is how we react to that anger that matters. If we let our angry get the better of us, it can affect our immune system, increase our blood pressure, and we are statistically more likely to have a heart attack! So it’s fair to say that learning how to control our anger is a big deal!
In this video, we hear various techniques on how to control our anger, how to keep calm, and how to put things into context.
Listen to the video on anger management techniques to answer the questions in the following listening exercise. Write your answers in the comments box at the bottom of the page, and we will reply with the answers shortly!
